Flexible Full-time Hours 7:00 am -3.00 pm or 9.00 am – 5.00 pm

About the Role: You will be required to support the Estimator and Operations teams with administration-related tasks. This is an integral position within JT Plumbing and we are looking for someone exceptional who is passionate about marketing and customer experience.
This role involves the following:
- Supporting the business with general office administration tasks.
- Developing knowledge of our services and how to deliver them to customers.
- Responding to customer inquiries, providing support, and driving a positive outcome for both the customer and JT Plumbing
- Accounts Receivable
- Xero Transfers (Simpro)
- Set up working files for commercial projects
- Handling and scheduling Maintenance Service Requests
- Maintain Customer Database
- Organise Credit Applications and PPSR
- Follow up for Quotes sent.
- Debt Collection coordination
- Oversee reconciliation of supplier invoices.
- Aged receivables follow-up
- PS3 organisation
Role Requirements:
- Ability to upskill and learn how to use Simpro Job Management software.
- Skilled in using Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Be driven by wanting to make a difference and seeing the results.
- Able to work independently and take ownership of the role and drive it.
- Have heightened awareness of customer expectations, experience, and service.
- Be proactive, creative, resourceful, and solution-focused.
- Able to identify issues and recommend alternatives.
